The Snake

May I say it is rare for someone to have never dreamed about Snakes? I guess I could say so, I have had dreams about Snakes more than I can remember.

The reason I decided to post this thread is due to a recent dream I had. This Snake was a Cobra, huge, long, very long and was bronze in colour.

This Snake basically chased everyone and everyone ran and hid, it was a terrifying dream trying to run from a huge Cobra coming after you in shocking speed.

It was strange that the dream was letting me view things through mine as well as the Snake's eyes. Showing It coming after people and me who has finally able to hide not sure where the Snake was right now but was sure moving closeby. I was absolutely terrified, the dream ended where I was talking to my friends when suddenly the Cobra rose out of nowhere and targetted me.

I ran and ran but due to too much fear I felt weak that I was not running as fast as I could, I was losing it, yet I was not giving up...you know when you get so damn terrified ( for male ) you feel your penis just went extremely soft and tiny? LOL yeah I felt that, my God how so long since I felt that, I remember feeling that in my childhood.

So I jumped onto a balcony that was low enough to the ground and I woke up. I wondered why didn't I just face the Cobra lol. Anyway, what I am curious about is..what this dream could mean. Out of nowhere I had this dream...Have you guys had similar dreams or any interesting Snake dreams?

ugh.. i hate snakes

i had a dream once . about a snake that started a conversation with me.. it was interesting.. i do not believe i still remember it.

I don't know... sounds like a weird fear dream. I'd have turned around, they are fasinating. I've had lots of snake dreams... but mainly of the "I have" kind. Some of the best snake rooms i've ever seen have been in my dreams lol

Taken fron a dream interpatation site:

Snake
To see a snake or be bitten by one in your dream, signifies hidden fears and worries that are threatening you. Your dream may be alerting you to something in your waking life that you are not aware of or that has not yet surfaced. The snake may also be seen as phallic and thus symbolize dangerous and forbidden sexuality. The snake may also refer to a person around you who is callous, ruthless, and can't be trusted. As a positive symbol, snakes represent transformation, knowledge and wisdom. It is indicative of self-renewal and positive changes.

Also, more specific:

Cobra
To see a cobra in your dream, represents creation, and creative energies. Some situation or relationship has you hypnotized

what about homer simpson joining a biker gang and rageing war against new jersey?

that was mine last night.

For me to dream about a snake chasing means, something bad is going to happen.

If you're a female and dream about a snake biting or something that means you're going to be pregnant.

Thanks for the replies guys, yes it is true there are many intepretations about Snakes, some say it is good, some say it is bad, and so began the war. The war that ravaged our planet and consumed by death. And The Cube was lost to the far reaches of space, we scattered around the galaxy hoping to find it, searching every planet, every star...and just when all hopes seem lost, message of a discovery brought us to a new planet called Earth, but we were already too late..

TRANSFORMERS

Lmao:grinno: sorry I couldn't resist:D ...but yes Snakes. And what a dream ---XR---. I would prefer to focus on the positive interpretation of the dream than the negative. Because to me it's all about the mind, you place fear there, you experience, you place positive energy there, you experience. Before time began, there was The Cube. We know not where it came from, only that it holds the power to create worlds and fill them with life. For a time we had lived it harmony, but like all great power, some wanted it for good, while others for evil. And so began the war...ok I'll stop it.
