fair one, yea i see where you are coming from... thats why i say make the logo publicly available rather than let people make there own... but still things get misused.... i dont see it going that fair with a mfk sticker but hey... and yea it is up to LI at end of the day....
would also take demand off mods for stickers as fellow members with access to equipment and the logo could print the stickers and forward them on.... do TM laws not only govern things from the point of profit perspective? ie if we anit making a profit its not wrong to make the stickers ourselfs?

TM means TM. It's that persons property, and theirs only. Either for profit or not (and if someone made them for free and MFK wanted to sell them to benefit the forum, do you think they would sell?)
Try it with Volkswagen or Microsoft (VW being impossible) and let us know...
It seems like Bogwood's T-Shirt wouldn't be trademark infringement. It has the letters MFK on it, but not the MonsterFishKeepers.com logo. I think you can legally print any word you want on a shirt, but I'm no lawyer. Maybe MFK stands for "My Favorite Kangaroo"...
As long as nobody is trying to make money selling trademarked wares, it seems like it shouldn't be that big of a deal.

so the question would be is it ok for members to print their own decal/sticker as long as their not making profit of it?
Coz a lot of members are from different countries and theres no way your gonna know if somebody just printed one and stick it in to their personal stuff like cars, aquariums, etc. just for the reason they wanted other people to know that there is a site like this, but as i will repeat not making any profit of it.
