yeah a fish will only go so long before he starts to get real hungry and will take anything. im gonna let mine go w/o eating for another two days then give him another shrimp, that way he gets used to it. just hang in there. the fish will be fine.

when he cant take it anymore, he'll eat what you have to offer

don't offer food alot either, once a day is best. They learn that food is scarce and are more likely to take it when it is offered.
