i love that fish what size tank do you keep him in?

I have him by himself in a 100 gallon tank.

beautiful photos as always....is he a bit on the porky side? LOL! I love your photos and your tanks. Always something interesting and such beautiful photos.

Yes he is...and he really doesn't eat dramatically more than any of the other larger fish. I was telling a friend of mine that he reminds me of all of the fish on my buddy the "Cichlid Scene's" site. All of his fishwere packing on extra pounds...or appeared to be.

It's the only one I have owned...but yes. It's the normal coloration of the fish.
