Today In The Fishroom~4/10/10 H. Labridens "Blue"

I have six of these beautiful fish in one of my 300 gallon tanks. Really nice fish. All of them are around 9". So far there's only been a few dry runs (literally ) on the breeding. The fish are all F0 and collected in Taninul springs in Mexico.

There are a 20 Metynisis that I use as dithers. All averaging around 4-5"

Hi Mo - do these guys really need to be 9+" before they'll breed?

I've got some F1s that are 2-3" and already starting to get spicy with each other...

Matt...more so than that...I think they are seasonal breeders...early in the year...Feb-April. Mine only had a few dry runs.
