Somewhere lost
So my pleco's seam to be under weight. Which I don't get because I feed them zucchini, potato's, cucumbers, and algae wafers. My asian upside down catfish has cloudy eye. So I bumped up my temp and added some salt. My clown knife also has cloudy eye so I did the same to that tank. The salvini is facing the gravel. Is that a swim bladder issue? If so should I try feeding him pea's without the skin? Also what else should I do for the cloudy eye?

How do you know the pleco is underweight?

We will definitely need your water parameters, tanks sizes, and what fish are in each tank before we can really help you.

The catfish and pleco tank are ammonia 0 nitrite .25 nitrate 0
tank size 55gl
stock: aisian upside down catfish(9 in), 2 silver dollars(4-6"), fether fin catfish(6"), 2 common plecos(6"), rope fish(11"), albino culver bichir(4"), female convict(3"), butterfly fish(3"), and a Leporinus fasciatus(2")
filter: whisper 50-60
Clown knife and salvini tank ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 0 tank size 100gl
Stock : 3 oscars (13-14"), clown knife(10"), TSN(10") pacu(16-17") pleco(17") salvini(6")
Filter: AquaClear 110, Marineland c-220, and a Marineland bio-wheel for 75gls
I know over stocked but getting a 300 gl stock tank next month everything in the 100 is going in that. The Leporinus fasciatus is being moved out to a grow out tank, the upside down cat fetherfin car, rope fish, and a pleco and bichir are going into the 100gl. The butterfly is getting moved out also. The pleco's stomachaches are starting to sink in.

Recently no they have not been. They ignore all foods normally they go after the flakes and shrimp I put in there also. I do a 25% every week on the 55 and about 20%-30% on the 100gl weekly(mostly the oscar's splash the water out for me). I clean the gravel every other week on the 55 because it stresses them out having to take out the decor. Oscar gravel is done every week.

How are your nitrates zero? Unless you're taking specific steps against nitrate, you should have some nitrate.

Cloudy eyes and nose pointing down sound like water quality issues. Did you follow the steps on your nitrate steps correctly? You need to do exactly as it says.

The oscar tank still says 0 but the 55 says >.5. I rarely have issues with my tanks. I treat the oscar tank with special blend. Should I start doing so with my 55? I am suppose to do a water change today, should I do a little more then normal?
Edit: the oscar tank was a bit cloudy the other day but the 110 filter intake was almost clogged so after cleaning that it cleared up.

Something is wrong here, For the 55 you should not be showing any nitrItes. You should be showing some nitRates. I have seen your tank and you have no plants so you should have some nitrAtes. The tank is oversotcked, and worse it is underfiltered. you have a filter for 50-60 gallon tank on a 55 overstocked gallon tank, you need to at least double you filtration

For the 100 gal, you are not cycled at all as you have 0 ammonia, 0 nitrates and nitirites

Cloudy eye is most often caused by poor water quality. Melefix can help, but nothing will help as long as you fish are stressed out in an overstocked, underfiltrated tank.

Your best bet is to do daily water changes and use melafix, and cross your fingers.

Here is some info on cloudy eye- http://badmanstropicalfish.com/fish_palace/tropicalfish_disease_identification.html#Cloudyeye

The plecos could have internal parasites

don't worry it'll heal if you feed it highly nutritous food and you treat it with melefix. I've experienced it before. I notice that you have a slightly overstocked tank. Keep the water at mint.
