So I've decided to call the LFS and see if he will take it back. This is just too small of a tank for this animal. I would love to do a shark but I guess a 240 really is too small for them. It's having a hard time turning around in the tank and I just don't see that it's going to stay a happy fish in the tank. Either way now that I've posted pictures of the dorsal fin I'm still leaning towards a brown banded instead of the gray he was stating it was.

Depending on the dimensions of your tank, you could probably get a coral cat in a 240g, or one of the 2' epaulettes maybe.
