Today sux

Woke up to one of my gulper cats dead. checked water and everything seems fine. He was acting normal yesterday. I'm just bummed out.

Sorry for your loss. I've always liked gulpers. I know how ya feel. I lost my entire tank in one evening when water params were fine. My TSN died, and fouled up the water, killing my three big Oscars and Jag. It was a sad day, I was glad my other big cats weren't in there as well.

Thanks guys I had him for about 9 months in a 55 with a female. There is something about these cats that just makes them an enjoyable fish. People would come by and whatever else I had in the other tanks these guys drew the attention. The tank was in my bedroom I'd fall asleep watching this guy swimming against the powerhead countless times.
