Today I met JD7.62 in Indianapolis. He met me at my brother in laws house (JD_man) to do some fish buying/trading/selling.
I traded my red tail payara for an 8" Indo and bought his 9-10" Motoro.
JD_Man bought 5 great looking little indos off of the other JD......all of those doing great as well.

We decided to go to a Repairs house (to give him the green terror that he bought off of JD7.62). We checked out Repairs stuff, talked fish and moved on to the LFS where we found a stunner.

JD7.26 left Indiana with not only a Payara, but an African Tiger Fish as well. A 12" long ATF. I could not believe that Indiana had one in a fish store, let alone one with a $90 price tag. Here is a few shots. more will follow! (sorry, bad pix, not much time)

Man that was a long/nervous drive back! The dat looks great Levi!

The fish made it fine during the ride but acclimation was a little rough. I opened the cooler and before I even knew what happened I had a 12" ATF flooping around on my baby's play mat!! I quickly scooped him up and threw him in the tnank. He was rather pissed at first, but now has settled down nicely. Unfortunatly since I had to throw him in there so fast I didnt have time to take out the baby Indos so now Im just sitting and watching as long as I can to give the ATF and payara some time to settle in before I piss them both off again chasing down the dats.
