It'll take a year for that gatf to hit 12". Just about everything else you've listed will get there in 3-6 months. You're asking for an expensive feeder.
ATF need to be the centerpiece around which the tank is built or they don't do well. There are FAR too many examples of people not following that advice and losing several thousand dollars worth of fish.
Do it right or leave the fish at the lfs for someone who will.
