Toilet System Fish Tank

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
It makes more use of the water that you flush with, but would have to make sure your toilet doesnt run on shower water, etc as it did on the holiday house i went to once (and then the sewrage was pumped onto the lawns..)

I had this idea a few months ago, I posted it as a joke. Perform 100% water changes instantly!

Yeah but where do you sit when you want to watch the fish?

Do you have to straddle the "thrown" and sit backwards? (JK).. You'll need to have the tank in front...so the bathroom past time is nolonger reading huh?

This would not make the wife happy at all!

:swear: "what are you doing in there? You've been in there for hours?"

Not a place to keep your candiru....how ever that might be amusing.....

This idea might make sense if you have a 2000 to 4000 gallon freash water tank built into your house and that the tank is placed at a few feet higher then the toilet and has a small pipe run from say a gravel filter or the tank filiter down to the toliet. So that everytime you flush the toilet two to five gallons of used fish tank water would empty out of the fish tank filters and into the toilet. This might make sense in areas with expessive water.

But I don't picture this sytem running the other way from toilet to fish tank though.
