Thanks for all of the help! The female that had the eggs looks depressed now! I hope she likes her new cage, I hope that it will keep the humidity up! I will try to put something in there that she can lay eggs on next time. Maybe she will do it soon! I want to try and tame the little guys.

Next time they lay eggs put the cup/dish over the eggs immediately. Make sure you poke small holes in the sheild so the can breathe when they hatch and have a smaller tank ready for them. Also, make sure that you have all of the correct lighting for the babies, otherwise they'll develop bone defects and die very slowly. That happened to a few of my day gecko babies, not a pretty sight.
