the setup is very good, but you definately need the humidity up so get that plexi glass. if no one can tell you whats up with his feet, take him the vet.

for all you know his feet/toes could be broken and jus very painful to walk on.

well i know when he first got the tokay it was perfect, this is just something recent like last 2 or 3 weeks since the problems have started..

Yeah, most likely broken toes. I've broken a toe before (several times) and trust me, it doesn't tickle when you walk on it.

I'm at a loss, what is the plexy glass going to do?

Just clean the glass and wipe the toes with damp smooth cloth, this what I did after one of mine lost traction due to getting accidently dusted with repti-cal.

The plexy glass will cover 1/2 of the tank to help keep the moisture in.
