I think 12" is average, 14" is occasional, and 16" is a rare giant. 24" is outrageous. I've never heard of one that big, but I'm not going to say its impossible.

Like I said, I was going off the caresheets that said 40 cm to 60 cm for average adult length. I hate caresheets, but most of the Tokay information out there are varied -- especially when most of them are going off of Thai myths of 5 feet and so on.
