I think he just means because adult FRt's kill fish alot of the time but yours seem to be doing fine, a local zoo has a pair of adults with asian aro's with no problems.

Ok i didn't think they killed fish but i could be wrong although to keep that dat still would take some power hes a powerful swimmer.

FRT's will put a massive bioload on your filter, make sure you test your nitriate level often, also watch out for pH crashes.

When you look at a Widebar you just feel the power and quality of such a piece.
Excellent pickup mate

Ye im getting shut of one for that reason, they really do give the filters a work-out. I test my water all the time to keep it in check and have stuff in the filters to buffer the pH, its not worth risking such a fish.
Thanks a lot for the comment PufferXtreme

heres a couple of DSLR pics of your fish i took when it was around 14''.
i have lots of quality pics of this fish on a disc somewhere but i took these from my website.

Very nice pics he does look much less mature in those pics if you know what i mean a bit cuter and less brute lol. Its really weird looking at pics of my fish from someone else who had him ages ago. Also where do you get that sand its almost white and really shiny.

i have pics from when he was 10'' to 15'' over a 2+ year period, i think its the angle the pics were taken as it was a brute then and very thick.
the sand is BD trading sand that most LFS's keep.
