Nice one mate.
I used to feed dainichi to my tropheus. Great food!
When I kept discus I found them to be very responsive to astaxanthanin as well, to the point where my Marlboro yellow started to turn orange!
Looking forward to seeing these lil blokes grow up w tons of red!

I had a panthera snakeskin that no joke literally just glowed red and laid red eggs with feeding red enhancer food

The asfraci and sajica are munching this stuff up like it’s candy. Nice and low in fat and highly nutritious. They’re not too big on pellet feeding yet so this is a nice staple for now.

Hey thanks for checking in on them. They are about 4” now. Doing super well. The 4 of them along with a group of Sajica have a 300 gallon all to themselves and will have this tank to themselves for many years to come along with a LDA105 once it’s big enough to add. I’ll be doing a whole new scape with new driftwood this week.

Sorry for not having the best pictures. Snapped some before heading to work this morning so was in a bit of a rush. These fish are like torpedos and still a bit jumpy when I approach the tank since these are F1 but are definitely settling down a bit. I had to tear my tank apart last week to get a group of geo red heads in it of there so the tank is a bit of a meee. I’ll update this thread when I get the new driftwood in and rescape the tank it get it all cleaned up.

They look awesome mate. Thanks for the update. They have grown nicely since December.
Are you seeing any signs of gender differences or pairing atm?
