perhaps i'm missing something or havent read the posts made by Del..... but i think you guys are going bout correcting his behavior the wrong way...... its should of been done via pm privately...... the human ego is a fragile thing........ often perspectives are made stronger by criticism..... even when its constructive........
this situation reminds me of a story by a Stephen Covey....... author of 7 habits of highly effective people........
One day he was sitting on a subway train, when a man and his three kids got on board...... they were loud and out of control causing ruckus on the train disturbing everyone on board....... thats when Stephen step in....... feeling it was his duty to address the kids father and let him know..... " Excuse me sir, but your children are out of control, and disturbing everyone on board. Do you think you can control them better?" thats when the man replied. " I'm sorry.... you see we just got back from the hospital where their mother just pasted away..... and they don't know how to handle the situation and frankly neither do i"........ point being....... don't be too quick to judge...... nor scode because we don't know the root of the problem..... if there is one.......
perhaps i need to leave the "lounge" and see whats really going on...... but the other forums scare me....... People are rude and opinionated LOL........
