Sorry man!! The only thing that helps is experience :D You really wont remember much when your are hold her leg and pushin :D

If you are queasy.... Let the Dr. and Nurse know right away ;)

I am not the squeamish type... So.... Ya.. though I have cried every time...:D

OH.. I do have a suggestion... NO MATTER WHAT>> DO NOT FORGET TO LOVE ON YOUR WIFE !!!! LET HER KNOW HOW MUCH YOU LOVE HER!!! ;) Gifts are fine.. BUT PHYSICAL AND VERBAL AFFECTION ARE MORE IMPORTANT ;)
