oscars arent extrimily aggresive but hav a HUGE appitite and wouldnt affect ur koi and it would drasticlty reduse the population get bout 5-10 and theyll breed and eat and eat and eat and eat and did i mentin EAT!!!!!!!!!!!

My tilapia doesn't eat minnows, but re really enjoys playing with them till they are dead. Gar might be a good idea, cheap and you can prob get a bunch of them locally
if u sell them to a bait shop as live bait what will happen is fishermen will buy them and use them but not all the minnows will always be used and they are usually released back into the lakes/ponds/rivers so if u are going to do that u might as well relocate them if u don't want to mess with selling them
