Too many water changes?

your fish will tell you it all....if they like it, youll know. if they dont, you'll deff know...lol

I do a 15% every 3 days , i have no Kh to my water so if i do to big a water change i crash the ph. I have coral to buffer my water and ridiculus filtration on by 240g aro tank ,you're lucky if you have good tap water.

I have way too many tanks to be doing water changes alot!! I do weekly 70 percent water changes taking a entire day I have to pump[ all the water up the stairs and use a hose from my sink back down its a pain!

IMHO water changes should be done based on water quality. Doing it more often is a waste of a valuable resource...

AGREE Its not all about what everyone recommends!!!!! I bought a 240 and the guy had it for 2 years and never did a water change it looked amazing! Not only that he had a lil 350gph magnum filter on it!

I have awesome tap water!! I pump it right in no problems!!!

I used to do 25-40% WC a week, now I only do it every 2 weeks. And I clean my filters out about every 2-3 months.
