It almost looks like that tank is filled with 7- UP !
i agree with this too.....LOL

but on a serious note.....its very hard to over aerate. or over saturate with O2. because breathing air is not 100% O2. and your probably losing most of the O2 in the bubbles popping at the surface.

you know on the other hand i prefer Sprite!

i did the same thing with a 900gph power head with a venturi for my 90 with plecos i turned it on at night to saturate the water with o2 and off during the day so i didnt feel like i was beside a jacuzzi..

How is the evaporation rate?

and alka selzer makes great vertical columns, but causes the fish to burp:ROFL:

i like that giving me a idea for one of my tanks and the more airation the more d/o and d/o is very good

IMO you can't have too much airation. however, i would consider the current in your aquarium. it looks like there are places that your fish can hide from the current. this is what is really important. i've read somewheres before that you shouldn't have too much of a current, hence fish need time to rest. if they are constantly having to fight a current, they can't rest and may get weak and stressed. that's the only thing i would consider.
