Canada... i wish.
ok so i have two hydor theo 400 on my new 125 water temp is like 84... should i take a heater out or should that temp be fine?

for most tropical fish thats at the high range. but just recently set up a 120 w 1 marineland heater (300w i believe) and it kept my temp pretty steady at 76 degrees. but then the temp outside warmed up and i had to turn my heater down, its like it never adjusted to the surrounding temp. just thought id i throw that idea out there also. depending on where your at in canada your spring is starting now too so im sure the outside temp is warming up

ok i took out one of the heaters and positioned the dial to 75. but yeah im in las vegas.. not canada ;)

84 is fine for most tropical fish some people keep it a little high like that less chance for disease
