Looking good. I also hate tearing things apart!
That part was not fun. I had a card table with a couple of towels on it for the rocks and driftwood, a cooler full of tank water for all the plants, and a bunch of ziplocks for the fish. Despite everything being out of the tank it took like 40 minutes to capture all the fish.
A couple of good things occurred because of the wrecking. I was I was able to snag some of the bigger TRanscriptus babies that had survived this long. Some were close to an inch.
I was also able to confirm that my L236 was still alive. I hadn't seen him in weeks.
By rearranging, I was able to start the territory selection and defense all over again with all the fish on an equal footing. I put in a couple of peacocks lately that were getting beat on pretty hard.
And finally, I was able to pull out a Female Kenyii that was getting meaner by the millimeter. She was placed in the Clown Knife tank. He enjoyed her very much.
One bad thing is I am not as happy with the current layout of the rocks and wood. I think I will wait till I have to remove another of the ZO females before I change anything though. Don't want to put the fish through that any time soon. Either that or if it turns out I have a male and female Tretacephalus and they pair off, then I will be doing it early to remove those two from the tank...
