I personally don't think any domestic animal should be on the top 10 cuz it was intelligent it wouldn't be dependent and submissive to humans for survival. Think about it, would u consider a kid that follows another kid and do everything the other kid tells him to do intelligent?

Actually domestication has proven to make animals less smart, with the exception of guinea pigs which actually got smarter.

They have less need for smarts... if some one brought you food & water everyday and cleaned up after you all the time & saw that your needs were met... how much need would you actually have for a college education? Just sayin....
