When I first answered I only had one poly for about 2 weeks, so I've come along way since then and my picks have changed. (They used to be 1-Congicus 2-Moke 3-Delhezi)
I'm also gonna follow Jaws' lead

My tastes are definitely shifting toward lower jaws!

This is her when I got her about 3 weeks ago at 2". She's growing really fast and is about 3" already. Incredibly active, greets me at the glass, and I love her markings, they look even better now. You can't really see it well here, but her external gills are a beautiful crimson red. Sold to me as pure ansorgii but I'm really happy with the incorrect id.

edit: I need to buy an actual camera, this pic doesn't capture how awesome she is
