I’m just wondering why the hostility?
We are just having a conversation not trying to win a contest.
I guess In my original comment I should have added that I stuck myself about every time I fragged corals but that time I had a reaction to it.
Larger amount or stronger toxin from that particular polyp? I don’t know.
The comment was only meant to make the point that under the perfect circumstances, how ever rare it may be I could see someone dying.

When I was a kid we went to buy a lionfish for the tank, guy at the store tried to grab him with his bare hands, ended up having to be airlifted.

Some potentially hazardous fish:
Stingrays.
Electric skates.
Electric eels.
Electric catfish.
Scorpionfish and stonefish
Lionfish
Cunners
Puffers
Eels
Electric yellow cichlids
Puffers
Certain cone snails
Rabbit fish
Anemones
Fire and hammer corals+ several other corals
Urchins
Snapping turtles
Pretty much any fish with teeth(not long ago someone got a part of their finger removed by a grey trigger).

Lion fish guy, what a moron. Friend of mine got a stingray barb in his hand through the bag he was shipping it in.
