Hello. I just signed up,so I’m a newbie.
I recently acquired a Top Fin 10 gallon tank with all the accessories. I cleaned everything today,and a small part (it’s a suction cup with a plastic bracket) broke into three pieces. I tried calling their customer service number,and they informed me that they don’t supply replacement parts. Yes-I can super glue it,but I’m not even sure what it’s used for,and I would prefer a new part. I have pictures of the part,but am not yet sure how to post them on her. Can anyone familiar with Top Fin products offer any advice?
