Im planning on getting a couple new tortoises.
Are tortoises able to be kept together if there around the same size and not males?
If not ill probably just get some more cherryheads

i wouldn't recommend keeping torts of different species together, too much risk of disease

hmm you'd have to elaborate more on that question. What type of torts. u mean same age? bought at the same time?

I was thinking of Keeping pancake tortoises with Cherryheads.

Absolutely can't keep them together. Care and environment vary greatly. There will more than likely be some bad consequences if they are kept together.

2X impossible combo, completly oposite condicions needed to care for them and impossible to reach a compromise

I might get a few cherryheads then to put with my other and keep my pancakes inside.

Cool, just be careful, especially if they are from a different source than the one you already have. I'd keep them apart for awhile just to be safe.

Glad you decided to keep them apart.

Good luck with your torts.
