Totally pumped!! NIN Tomorrow

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I'm with you, I saw them 2 times last year.. IT WAS BRUTAL!!! we were maybe six rows from the stage and when they entered the stage I stood up on my toes and just pulled my toes up, I was left hanging a couple of inches up in the air from the pressure of all those bodies pressing from the back..

and they delivered.. nin on cd isn't even close to a favourit but nin live is probably the best band there is.. for all the people who don't like nin, just buy the ticket and be amazed!

Bingo. Trent does it alone on the CDs, but when He's live with a few guys behind him..............WOW! I don't know how anyone could explain the show those guys put on. It is simply amazing.

I hate trent reznor... I won't even capitalize it's name.....
Fricking leech...

If you have ever seen a Kraftwerk, Front 242, Frontline assembly, Coil, Electric hellfire club or a Psychic TV show (among many others not riding coat tails and being a culture leech) NOW that is spectacular!!!

Unless you've seen the most recent tour live I won't even consider arguing. It was easily one of the best stage performances of all time.

Have you seen the shows of groups that "It" (My name for trent) is essentially copying? If not then yes no need to argue... I have seen trent and I find it pathetic plagiarism.. Your talking to a real old school Industrial electronic freak here Rally, I've been there and done that since the mid 80's in this culture and music..

I'm sure for your time, place and experience it is pretty good but "it" is just copying what others have done much better before. Trent has a bit of his own style but it is nothing IMHO earth shattering. "It" has made it's fame off of others which are much more deserving of attention.

Please show me another person/band/group/whatever that has literally turned the stage into an instrument through interactive LED screens. I've never seen or heard of a group or person that has linked the stage show into their performance. Pyro is weak compared to what I saw, and I've never seen video quality LED screens on such a large scale. I'm not saying it hasn't been done, but the technological masterpiece that I saw can not be easily copied or emulated by a musical artist without it being publicly known.
I'm sure it exists in Vegas, but I can't imagine another band could pull anything off without being recognized.

I don't give 2 peanut decorated ****s if you like his music, but his performance, without a doubt, was breathtaking.

Psychic TV started LCD displays and first employed it... Obviously in there time full capability was not reached (hell it was the 1980's early 90's) to what it can be today. I could care less if "it" made it better he never lifted a finger to think of it Himself. Just like the rest of his work. He copies everything before him.

As said glad you Enjoyed the show but he is not in any way some innovator of new things and is pretty much a coat tail trailer. I'd suggest looking into some of the older groups to see where "it" came from...Might find some pretty cool stuff.

Every great product is made by taking an old idea and refining it.
For example: A CD is the same thing as an LP, 45, vinyl record, or whatever, only it's read in a different manner.

Technology plays a huge role in our lives, it can even determine who we interact with!

I've never actually listened to their music because I think the name of the band is stupid.
