the fact that the tank is to small, and the fact that its a class pet and they are teaching the kids that fish that size are acceptable in the tank. I did read some of the comments for it, and they did say that they did release it later on.

well i think he said one of his friends caught it and gave it him and then he released it back later

Okay, I think we've said enough. The fish appears to have been released which is impractical. Unfortunately, this is already done so there is no point in continuing the discussion although we have a sticky thread in General Aquaria Discussion for releasing of fish.
