Tough and Monstrous Stingray To Give Away

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
They aren't really doing so well in the wild, and seeing one in the confines of the aquarium would be a saddening thought (if that is where you're coming from Gr8KarmaSF).

As much of a beauty that it is [and as much as I'd love one :)], I'd rather leave it be. Monster though, doubt you bigger freshwater rays...

Look at all that trash. :(

Maybe these should be collected and put into captivity for some breeding efforts. If they are like most rays, it shouldnt be too hard to get them to breed. Does any one know if there are any kept in large public aquaria?

Guys, pardon me, these pictures are meant to tell us there are huge freshwater ray in planet earth. From what I know these fishing guides are able to guarantee hookup of these colossal rays BUT it must be released and not even allowed to take picture on land. I guess that means some conservative measures are being adhered to. Maybe one day a JohnPTC may have a couple swimming in its monster tank I don't know, what what we know is that such monsters exist and no harm to have a dream to keep us moving forward.

If this thread has excite you a wee bit then my intention has been realised.

Have a good day guys! ;)
