Tough dog toys

not really mega tough, but cheap and easy to replace. I get cheap 3/8 or half inch rope and make a monkeys fist with a foot- foot and a half extra length for tugging. I dont have pitts, but i have 2 staffordshire bull terriers and they pretty much demolish anything they set their minds to. the only thing that lasts them any real length of time are the big nylon bones.
Braided rope attached to a small tire (mower or whatever). My dog destroys everything but still has this..
the only thing my dobie can chew without destroying is a kong.. and even that goes in the garbage eventually.. so when you find something good.. let me know.. lol
My cousin has a rottwieler st. Bernard mix and he often gives her deer antlers to chew on, just cut off the points and ur good to go.

try a boomer ball, the large one is 20cm diameter, they are solid so cann't be picked up by the dog but great for "football" type play.don't try to kick them though it really hurts your feet!! my Rottie cross really enjoyed this toy and has since been passsed onto a staffordshire bull terrier that destroys anything.hope this helps

What has worked for me and pitts has been nylabone. The "for chewing" hard ones.
