Toxotes blythii(Archer Fish) and Pearl Arowana (Jardini)

I am being offered an Fresh water archer by my LFS. Got a 3 ft,1.5,1.8 grow out tank with a jardini who is abt 6-7" . Can both the archer and jar be kept together knowing the temperament of the jar I am a little worried as I love both. I am not believing the LFS as he says both can workout together. Apart from the jar the tank has 4no. Tin foil barbs and a newly introduced sunshine pleco L14. If anyone has kept the archers with the jar can suggest. Thanks in advance.

They inhabit the same areas of the tank and the chances are slim to impossible of it working especially since the jar can reach a much larger size

That's true, but isn't it that the jar won't eat anything which does not fit in its mouth. The archer size can grow up till 6". Now that wud be a difficult gulp for a jar, but never the less....
I am just Blown away by the beauty of the archer and wud love to Have it with my jar.Hasn't anybody succeeded keeping an archer with a jar???

That tank in the video is huge. In your tank it would be iffy at best as jardini can get very agressive as they grow. Just keep a close eye on them for awhile and be ready to intercede.
