Sweet polys!! Question though, I have had a string of bad luck with my 150 over the past 4 years. this time(within the last 6 months) - My 14 inch Ornate has HITH and I cannot seem to cure it. I havent been able to pinpoint the reason either. Sadly I think Im going to start a new again, and looking into an Ornate and Endli.
Question: what filtration/substrate do you find best for Birchirs?
I have a fluval FX5 and a smaller fluval cannister for the 150gal.
I feel I may have overstocked the last few years so this time around I think Im doing to dedicate this tank to just those two. I just dont know whether to change the filtration set up, or if im missing a crucial peice of equipment to better stabelize the water over a period of time. Thoughts?
