#1 They need a different server. That is a given. Something like siteground with a guarantee of 99.9% up time, unlimited bandwidth and unlimited storage space.
I know Myaj wants a hosted community from IP Board, but that is $$. She doesn't want to have to deal with server issues, which is why she is looking at a hosted community option.

Yeah, unless the members are willing to start donating some serious $$$, I'm not sure what we're going to do. I already paid for 2 years with the server we have now. I still have no idea why the forum is crashed, as I am completely technically illiterate.
I'm not sure yet. None of the Tech Admins are on the comp at the same time, so we can discuss things. TPF has been around a very long time. We've had issues before & we always seem to come back strong.
