Transporting large rays

Hi im moving interstate 3000km away and im taking my two 30cm (across) motoro rays with me.

What would be the best and safest way to pack them? I will be flying them over.

Double bag them (if not triple). Use a styrofoam insulated box. Fill the bag 50% with water and 50% with oxygen (medical grade if you can get it). I've shipped lots of rays that way and had alot of success.

Another way you could do it is put the ray in a cooler or big rubbermaid container. Thats what I do when moving rays in a car

For air just get one of those batterie powerd bubblers!!

The cooler method works well for driving them. The bag works best for flying them.

ok thanks every one they will be flying as it would take 4 days to drive.
