More than two won't be in the way. 72x24, each guy on a corner. If you have suction cups, life will be much easier. I learned this hauling an old school 150 upstairs (5/8+ glass, no center brace style). I brought it in with just a buddy, but depending on how much you have to maneuver it, more is better.
Transportation was the easy part, a short lift and slide into the minivan. I'd consider bring some type of roller (I used PVC) to make sliding it in and out easier. It's pretty tough moving 400+ lbs of dead weight if you have hardly and room and leverage.
