no where
ok im studing the jets and there engine, if we combined SR 71 blackbird mach 3.3 top speed 4750 to 6570 with the X-43 ( worlds fastest jet ) mach 9.8 top speed 7000, togther wouldnt the 2 jets beable to travel faster then the speed of sound thus being able to travel through space??

 You can travel through space with a gentle shove. And adding two jets will only get you to the stronger jet's top speed faster. Neither would be enhanced by the other. That's like thinking that since one person can run 15mph, two people side by side can run 30mph. Yes, they could pull a cart of bricks and accelerate better, but not any faster at top speed.

no offense man but if you've got time to blow on that kinda stuff, how about working on your GED? Might as well be productive with your research

well im home alone right now and was smoking a cigar outside while staring at the moon, and the jet thing came to me in an idea. so is it even possiable to combine the 2 jets togther to make a speed of over 1500 and mach 13.1?

I just explained that. Read my post again. Slowly, perhaps out loud.

Err, no. Like knifegill said, putting them together wouldn't increase the top speed. Trust me, if that worked it would've been done a long time ago.

Since space is so empty of mass it requires little force to move for very extended periods of time. So the jets would be unnecessary. Look up ion thrust engines, the japanese have a probe called hayabusa power solely by xenon ions. Its a very cool way of propulsion.

I've been sick all week and stayed home past few days, there was a day long special called into the universe. Covered many aspects and I think you would enjoy it.
