A UV is a good idea and is part of the recommended treatment. I can't see how the food could be an issue what kind of food are you talking about?

Normal commercial food. But I hear the primary way of getting TB is through consumption so maybe I got the food wet in old infected water or something and then fed my fish later idk

Definitely gonna get tht UV as well then

Here is an excellent and most informative E-book by Adrian Tappin on Myco. He is a Rainbowfish expert, and therefore an expert on Myco. http://www.mediafire.com/download/7s3zqsora78syb3/Myco2014.pdf

I have found this article and his info greatly helpful. I have used the disinfection techniques described using Calcium Hypochorite and then 70% alcohol to be reliable. Usually, I use plain old bleach to disinfect, but when it comes to Myco I use the stronger Calcium Hypoclorite and alcohol. Myco sucks.
