There is a "Reef safe" medication for Marine white spot on the market here in the UK. It is called "OODINEX" made by Esha. Although I am not sure if you can get it in the States, I have used it to great effect in my Marine systems, with no ill affect to the inverts or any of the other reef inhabitants.
