what type of triggers can i have in a 140g tank? and if it´s possible how many? i want them to be able to grow up, instead of getting rid of them in a couple of years. It would be a tank just for the triggers with a little live rock.

You should not have triggers together in anything except a gigantic tank...it is a recipe for disaster...it can be tried, but will eventually turn out for the worse..in 140 g you can have any trigger except the Quenn Trigger and the Titan, IMO

I would say so, yes..

triggers shouldn't really bother anything but there are some that are just ******es to the extreme and attack anything in there tank. if you're GOING to keep them with something make sure it can defend iself. NO inverts are safe with them.
IMO, get a filefish.

oh and clown are usually very agressive, but still the favorite. and rectangular triggers are the best bet for keping two. also are just more peaceable.

ive seen tanks full of triggers together lots of times. people on here do it. it can work. make sure to get an odd number so theres not just one dominant and one submissive one and get species that will grow to be the same size and start them off at the same size. a bare tank will leave lots of open space to fight so have lots of rocks and crevices where triggers like to perch for the night. if they cant see eachother theyre not gonna fight, think of it that way. nigers and picassos are more docile while clowns, queens, and titans are the meanest. just pick ones from the same temperemet and im sure it would be ok to have three or so.

Can you find me someone that has multiple full grown triggers??
I wouldnt try it as they are fine as juvies but when they become mature and more solitary they get alot more aggressive. I wouldnt even expect it to work in a 180 once they get to around a foot.
