Well, we may just have to agree to disagree there. Jeff Rapps has said that they are true, pure Trimac's. A lot of folks tend to call anything that isn't an exact mould a "Flowerhorn" which I belive to be incorrect. Flowerhorns have synspilus and stuff in them and look relatively different. I wouldn't call a fish a "Cheap flowerhorn" just cause it had a little extra spotting. There is bound to be a little phenotypic variation in any species.
Not trying to rip on you or anything though. I called them into question too after buying them, but have been assured by Rapps and a few other big names in the cichlid world that they're the real deal, so that's what I'm going to have to believe
in your new video i can see that they do loook pure, i think in nthe other vid it was there bars that were showing up and on the crappycomp i was on looked like it was another row of flowers... so yea nice pure blood trimacs and the trimac video with the midas was cool but theyre kinda wimpy lol
