The thing about aquaworld is that the tanks are dirty in the sense that there is algae in there, however water chemistry wise they are in excellent shape. I've never had a fish die I purchased there. There prices are insane too. You could buy 3-4 fish for the same price you'd pay at yuppie pets...oops i meant wet pets

:ROFL:about wet pets. That place is super expensive but the new store is beautiful. Plus it has the added benefit of being right up the road from my favorite Chineese/ sushi spot, Bennichopsticks.

When I am ready I'd love to try the Keystone Aquatics place.

Would an idea be to get an min. order from Jeff and then another from Ketstone Aquatics to try get breeding pair? or can I just request different broods from either?

If you are looking for a pair and would prefer to avoid inbreeding (which I respect)... I would acquire fish from different sources. It is exceptionally unlikely that either wholesaler has two pair of Trimacs that are unrelated... I doubt either supplier sells more than 500 Trimacs per month, which is the minimum that I would expect a pair to produce. So no need to keep two pair...
