ok thank you very much i assume the dick from 38 aquarium is one of the one that wouldnt let you take photos

he was one of them, i went there back in '07 and he had some HUGE red devils, i took out my camera and he yelled "NOOH PICHAAH!", so don't even waste my time there. the whole store is filled flowerhorns that are grossly overpriced. this time he had a TSN at around 25" in one of his window tanks and i had to go in and check it out, he wanted $1900 for it

JC aquarium at least said no politely..

most of these guys will give you deals if you ask, i picked up a 20" silver aro from win tropical, he wanted $225 for it and i got it for $175, also picked up a 7" giant gouarmi from aqua star, he wanted $40 for it and i talked him down to $30

No that guy is just a dick has really no fishes that we would want at a even retail price. I dont even know how his store runs. The only thing I liked was some of his red parrots and he wouldnt even sell them.

Pacific Aquarium & Pet Supply on Delancey st.
Win Tropical Aquarium on Mott st.
38 Aquarium on Grand and Mott st(on the corner a few stores up from win tropical, he mostly has flowerhorns and rediculous prices..and he's a dick :D)
Aqua Star Pet Shop on Mulberry st(little italy, around the corner from win tropical and 38)
JC aquarium on Elizabeth st(a block before win tropical)

you'll be shocked at some of the high prices on fish, and even food(small bag of massivore for $30, what?!)

You ran into any that had dats buddy?

And an none of the chinese stores in the city taking credit or debit cards... who carries hundreds of dollars with them geez. especially with there prices.

you should pay a visit to 425 Clement Street • San Francisco. its a place called 6th Avenue Aquarium. they have a great selection of freshwater and saltwater. i was even surprised to see seahorses. go check it out if you got the time. AWSOME PICS BTW

JC Aquarium had one little IT for $40, i would have taken it but he'd have been dinner in my tank.

also, Pacific does take credit and debit cards, i bought about $300 worth of discus from them last year and paid with my debit card.

you want a big NTT for 50$(I scored a 6 inch one from them for 40$, but they got smart and raised the price and wont deal with bargaining anymore, tried repeatedly lol). I can get you probably 4-5 inches. and IT I can get for 30-40$ depending on size. I always go to JC. they had good polys before but not anymore, but still 40$ for that tiny indo is not worth it.
