trochus snail deaths

A week ago I bought 2 trochus snails and 1 astrea snail and they seemed to be doing fine the first week and a half in the tank. The other day I found one trochus snail dead on its back, however the clowns and other snails were doing fine. 2 days later I realised the other trochus snail at the back of the aquarium was dead as well, which startled me as I thought the first one was just a mishap.

Considering both of the trochus snails died and not the astrea or clowns I'm wondering if it wasn't coincidence and if my water was off.

Any suggestions?

The tank is 200 litres with plenty of live rock and brown algae on the glass.

Well to get answers with out wild guesses we need things like parameters. Temp, pH, alk, ammonia, nitrite, po4,nitrate,any of those could effect the snails.
More then likely they fell off the glass landed on their back and couldn't right themselves and died. You have to watch if they fall and land on their back they can not flip themselves.
