Tropheus diets

Cucumber has very little nutritional value. Zucchini is very good for africans and most plecos. Onion and cabbage should not be fed. Peas and green beans are a better alternative.

Ok thankyou very much!

I'll be mixing spirulna in there no problem. I'll have a mixture of food I'll make for my fish along with different pellets and flake an then outright veggie supplement.

Integrating tropheous... I have that one male who has never been with another tropheous his entire life and the remaining 3 from the batch that had all the bloat that I could have cured had I know that is what it was. I want to put them in one tank but I've heard that can be risky business. They are about 1/2 or 1/4" shy of adult size but non of them have taken prominent adult color, except for the one but it is only half way there.

Any recommendations??? would a new 6 ft tank help with the integration???

6ft tank would help, so would have more to add together

put em together last night, didn't realize my old duboisi is about an inch longer than my younger ones. He kinda ignores them and just picks on the male peacocks in the tank all day. I hope to get them all into a population of about 12 total and have a demasoni population of 12 in there with them and move the peacocks to another tank. Need to sort out my tank filters before I can move any fish around though.

So my old dubosi killed 2 of the other younger dubosi but kept one of the two females. They seem to occasionally display spawning behavior. He doesn't harass her and that is just strange to me. He has become unwittingly violent towards the other peacocks we placed in the tank though. Never spawned these before so don't know what to expect.
