Tropheus, like veggie diets. They are very bad to get bloat, and are essily stressed. I have a good friend that deals mostly with Tangs. He said to feed them at the same time everyday. Do water changes same time every week, The do not like changes in their structured lives. This helps with the least amount of stress and less chance of bloat. I feed Omega One Veggie Flakes one day, and Omega One Super Color Kelp Pellets the next. They graze on the algae between. I have Tropeus Kiriza. Hope this helps..
