Imstarting my first colony this week.getting 12 moliero shipped and 6 more from a friend at the end of the month.
I have multiple colonies. In a 4' 75 gallon tank you can have anywhere from 20-40 Trophs. In a 6' tank you can have very large numbers.
A 120 4' probably looks very cool. What are the dimensions on that?
I would say you could get away with 40-50. The problem is that Trophs are territorial and you need to have a larger foot print so their are more places to run to.
In a larger foot print you will also get more dominant males and better colors from them because they are trying to entice the females to their area.

48 x 24 x24.... I have some huge texas holey rock in it awaiting some trophs... right now just two gobies...
well I want one with some yellow, and then maybe red or the greens, really it is color not types that I have to please the wife with...lol
Ikola are very cool, they are black with a yellow stripe down the middle.
Bemba flame are the same but with an orange stripe.
Lufubu have a pretty purple tint to them as do the Chaitika that have a blue to them.
If you want a popping red color go with Red Rainbows.
