krichardson: No special light or anything. They seem to do fine once indoors getting early morning sun. As long as you keep the humidity up, mine seem to thrive. Just come when you bring it indoors cut back on watering and only keep the soil mix moderately moist, be careful not to over water. They seem to slow down (growth wise) once inside.

Stunning plants. I would have never thought they would look that nice outside of a green house or at least warm humid state .

Just not a plant I thought would take in NJ .

I have seen them for sale here . I keep orchids outside in patio .

My mom lives in Long Island NY and loves plants I actually sent her your plant link/pics. Real nice .

I saw some black ones not long ago, I thought they had gone over, now I realise they are just an odd looking plant. Got to say I prefer the white ones. What makes them fussy to keep?

You should definately make a thread about your plants by the way, would be interested to see them.
