:clap Good job lots of help there :clap

If you want to add a new fish of any type to your pond you need to make sure your filration can handle the new bio load and you need to make sure that it won't cause any problems with you current stock. Also if you are not in a warm climate you might want to hold off b/c acclimation in cold weather is not good.

since the pond can handle the bioload, yet the ponds water temp is in the thirties I will wait till warm weather then ill acclimate the mature mail lonfin comet.

Also iam thinking of taking one of the younger fish a shubunkin out and acclimating it to a tank, and feed it to get some size on it those this sound alright.

thanks koop and sorry everyonbe for being to vague.

It might not survive the winter if it hasn't had time to winterize. Goldfish winterize, don't they?

Ahh that makes more sense...yeah I'd be careful putting 'em out this late in the season, even if it is California.
